Leadership & Problem Solving Assessment
This assessment measures your leadership style, communication approach, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving ability. It takes about 15-20 minutes. Your responses will help shape an AI system designed to help people overcome life challenges.
For each scenario, select the response that MOST describes how you would naturally react. There are no right or wrong answers.
Read each scenario and choose how you would handle the situation. Focus on what you would ACTUALLY do, not what you think is the "right" answer.
Each question tests a different aspect of critical thinking: inference, assumption recognition, deduction, interpretation, and argument evaluation.
These questions assess how you approach novel problems. Some have open-ended responses -- be as detailed or brief as you want.
